BY USING THE SITE OR PURCHASING OUR PRODUCTS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Our failure to enforce any right of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of the
rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between both parties (You & Victoria Carpets Centre) about our Service and products.

Privacy, Orders & Returns

Privacy Policy

When you order products, we collect information about you including, but not limited to your name, credit card details and other contact details.

You agree to Victoria Carpets Centre using the information we collect about you to process sales on the Site and to assist us in offering services to you. General

You agree that the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia will apply to all transactions and communications on this site. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Victoria Carpets Centre regarding the sale of products through the Site.

Damaged, Missing Items

It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you have ordered is correct, and, in a reasonable condition prior to signing for delivery.
If the product appears damaged on delivery, you should refuse to accept the delivery and contact (03) 8751 5393. If you have already accepted a product and later discover that it has been damaged or is missing parts or is defective, our Returns Policy will apply set out on Victoria Carpets Centre Site.
We encourage that you take photos of the damaged product or package for your record as they have arrived.

Return Policy

If you don’t like your goods purchase or if you change your mind, you may return it to us
within 3 business days of the date you received it.
Products must be returned in 'as-new' condition. This means you have not used the item, and it has no
signs of defection or damage. Please return items secured in their original packaging.
Refunds or replacements for items damaged or defected in return transit due to poor
packaging may incur additional charges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your
exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Orders

By placing an order for products through our Site you are making an offer to purchase those products for the price listed at the time you place the order (including all applicable delivery costs). If you change your mind after placing an order and wish to cancel the order you should contact us immediately and we will endeavour to cancel the delivery, however, if the product has already been sent then you acknowledge and accept that the product will be delivered based on these terms and
conditions and our Returns Policy will apply to your change of mind.

Delivery

Wron Item Delivered

We may accidentally dispatch the wrong items to you very occasionally. If the item you receive does not match the item you ordered, let us know within 5 business days of receiving your delivery. We will offer to send you the correct item and arrange for the pick-up and return of the incorrectly dispatched item at no cost to you.The faults include, but are not limited to, wrong size, wrong item, wrong address, cancelled order prior to ship date from our side, etc.

Delivery Cost

The delivery charges will be notified to you at checkout, if applicable. These charges
may depend on your weight, size, quantity of product(s) ordered and location.
Delivery costs vary in Australia states depending on how distanced they are. We
have no delivery to northern territory now. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or addresses
outside of Australia.

Delivery to Your Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide Victoria Carpets Centre with a
delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the consignment during
business hours. If no one accepts delivery at your address, Victoria Carpets Centre
will endeavour to contact you to arrange for delivery at a different time. We may

charge you an additional delivery fee for re-delivery of your order. You acknowledge
and agree that any person at the delivery address who receives and signs for the
delivery is authorised by you.

Delivery Time

As a general rule we aim for a 1 to 5 business day – depends on your location. We
can deliver your order across Victoria within 1 – 2 business days. There are
circumstances that are out of our control that will delay the delivery time. As a
general rule, deliveries can take between 1 and 5 working days to arrive at your
nominated address. We accept your order on the basis that we cannot be
responsible for delays including, but not limited to, delays out of our control. If there
are any unexpected delays, we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep
you updated with the status of your order.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa, PayPal and MasterCard. If you choose to pay by credit
card, you authorise us to debit the amount that is payable for an accepted order from
your nominated credit card. If we are unable to process payment for your order
successfully, we may reject or cancel your order.
